Accepted Payment Methods

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Debit & Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for trek bookings.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment (or specified advance amount) is required to secure your booking.

  • After advance booking, the full remaining amount must be paid upon reaching the base camp, before the trek starts.

  • Once payment is successful, a confirmation message/email will be sent with trek details.

  • Failed payments will not be processed; please retry or contact us for help.

Payment Security

All payments are processed via secure, encrypted, and trusted gateways. Your financial data is not stored on our servers.

Cancellations & Refunds (Important)

  • No refund will be provided if the participant cancels the booking for any reason.

  • Refunds are given only if the trek is cancelled due to:

    • Government circular/official restriction prohibiting trekking

    • Natural disaster or extreme weather condition making it unsafe to trek

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

📜 Terms & Conditions

By using our website or booking a trek, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Trek Participation

  • Trekking involves risk; participants must be physically and mentally fit.

  • You must follow instructions given by trek leaders and guides for safety.

  • Consumption of alcohol or drugs during the trek is strictly prohibited.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be prepaid.

  • Bookings will be confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Prices are listed in INR.

3. Itinerary & Safety

  • Trek itineraries may change depending on weather, safety conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel a trek to ensure participant safety.

4. Participant Responsibility

  • You are responsible for your personal belongings during the trek.

  • You must carry required gear and maintain fitness levels needed for the trek.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Physical injuries caused by negligence or non-compliance

  • Loss of personal items

  • Weather interruptions

  • Delays caused by transportation or road conditions

6. Website Usage

  • All content on the website (text, images, itineraries) is the property of the trekking company.

  • Unauthorized copying, sharing, or misuse of website content is prohibited.

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of trekking and outdoor adventures, please read our refund and cancellation rules carefully.

1. No Returns

Trekking is a service-based experience; therefore, returns do not apply.

2. Refund Policy

  • NO refund will be given if you cancel your booking voluntarily or due to personal reasons.

  • Refunds are provided only if the trek is cancelled by us due to:

    • Government orders/circulars restricting trekking

    • Natural disasters or severe weather that makes the trek unsafe

In such situations, you may choose:

  • A full refund, or

  • Reschedule to a different available trek date

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Personal health issues

  • Travel delays or missed transportation

  • Work or exam-related issues

  • Inability to reach the starting point on time

  • Not meeting the fitness level required

  • Violation of trek rules

  • Voluntary withdrawal from the trek

4. Trek Cancellation by Organizer

If the trek is cancelled for safety reasons or administrative restrictions, our team will notify you and process refunds as per policy.
